After our battery died for the second time and two other auto repair places said not only did they check for a circuit drain and found nothing, but we just had the bad luck of multiple defective batteries, we brought our car to JB Auto. They diagnosed a bad blue tooth module, which apparently is a problem in Acuras, replaced it and dealt with a third party warranty service on our car so I had minimal out of pocket costs. Solved the problem, handled it quickly and at a low cost to me. Now I take all my cars here. These guys are great!

November 29,heading from Medford with my sister to Hull, after a wonderful Thanksgiving....coming onto the Fore River bridge started to hear strange noises from under her Lexus...5:45 closing time we pulled into JB.We had a very good experience..the back tire had blown out..young mechanic on his way off the clock..took the time to find the problem..the man at the desk, and anothermechanic said we'll have the spare put on and you'll be on your way....well...we were,they were all so kind and did not charge a penny..Merry Christmas...I wouldn't hesitate to bring my car there. They are very honest, helpful and pleasant.

"Convenient location" In "On Time" Out "On Time" just an oil change but time was right. I thought it was a little expensive but the $49. special made it worth it.

It's always a pain to have your car run badly. It's really difficult having moved from Chicago and needing to search out new service providers. I used Yelp. First place I tried (not JB) gave great service (gave my wife a ride home and delivered car fixed), but when the repair didn't hold....out of business. JB stepped up on the first experience. Made the repair at a fair cost, same day and were engaging people. I'll be back for the second round with another vehicle. I'm hopeful for the second round....I'll let you know how it works out over time.The waiting area needs a clean up. Wash the floors and shampoo the chairs.

"Excellent Customer Services" Rob and James were both very patient and with me and all the customers who came in for questions/services. Mechanics did a great job in finding out the problem and getting it fixed as soon as possible.
