"Service, Value and Engaging" It's always a pain to have your car run badly. It's really difficult having moved from Chicago and needing to search out new service providers. I used Yelp. First place I tried gave great service (gave my wife a ride home and delivered car fixed), but when the repair didn't hold....out of business. JB stepped up on the first experience. Made the repair at a fair cost, same day and were engaging people. I'll be back for the second round with another vehicle. I'm hopeful for the second round....I'll let you know how it works out over time.

"To the Video""Dissapointed" Not many businesses would take the time and effort to check the video. Very impressed to say the least! Thank you, Bill and James. I will be back soon.Went for simple oil change and tire rotation. Noticed the tires weren't rotated and was informed by the technician, who work on it, said 100 % they were. Little did he know that there is a distinctive mark on one of my tires, which makes wonder what other short cuts they may be taking. Knowing that he was lying, I was told my next visit would be complimentary. I was considering them as my mechanic for future issues, but not anymore.

However, We did review the video tape and found that they were not rotated and we took the necessary disciplinary actions to correct this issue. I asure you it will not happen again. "No BS." Technicians actually know what they're talking about and perform the service they promised. You pay a little more but you get what you pay for.

"Great customer service!" I have always have had 5 star service. A honest service center is hard to find these days.
