I work in customer service and can be very difficult to please so a 5 star review is a big deal for me! My fiancé and I went to JB Auto for a small job and were both extremely impressed at the service we received. We were greeted warmly by Steve went we first walked in and our interaction with him only improved from there. Hands down one of the nicest, friendliest and most helpful people I have ever encountered. He was clearly very passionate and knowledgeable about cars. Best of all, my fiancé recently bought a used truck that had some issues and was somewhat regretting his purchase. After talking to Steve about the truck and how he (Steve) felt that it was a great buy, my fiancé walked away 10 times happier with his purchase than the dealership itself ever made him. JB Auto now has customers for life strictly because of the service we received from Steve. This place will be our go-to from now on!
I recently moved to the Weymouth area and someone recommended JB Auto for car service. Paul was extremely helpful and the technician performed an inspection and oil change on my car. Paul said my 2011 car was in great shape and nothing else was needed. I will certainly return there for service. I am so glad he was honest and didn't try to recommend additional car work to an older women.
